Our METALOR® 20g Stamped Gold Bars are supplied by one of the worlds most recognised and respected mints. Based in Switzerland, METALOR® supply to major international markets and are an Official Referee of the London Bullion Market Association.
METALOR® products are manufactured in respects with the renowned Swiss excellence. Produced with their own unique serial number and DataMatrix code permitting access to various information related to the fabrication (and origin) of the bar. The packaging acts as proof of assay to confirm authenticity with the unique serial number associated with the bar printed on its exterior.
METALOR® 20g Stamped Gold Bars are delivered with credit card format certificate and sealed in a plastic sheath.

- What do you charge for delivery?

Due to fluctuating metal prices, our site updates and refreshes every 60 seconds to ensure the prices you see are accurate.
- Do prices include VAT?

Investment gold is VAT exempt in the UK. Silver prices shown include VAT, there will be a breakdown of the VAT at the checkout stage of your purchase.
- What payment options do you offer?

Customers can pay for their precious metals via bank transfer, or debit/credit card. For payments made by bank transfer, we accept up to £50,000 via the website. We accept payments up to £5,000 on credit cards and £20,000 on debit cards. We accept payment from all major card providers except for Amex.
- How long does delivery take?

Depending on stock availability, delivery is up to 48 hours as standard. Larger orders could take up to 7 working days.
- Am I able to track my order?

Orders can be tracked; once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking reference from the courier.
- Can I collect in store?

You can collect from us at 42 Wood Street, Stratford-On-Avon, Warwickshire, CV37 6JG. Collections are strictly by appointment only and photographic ID is required.
- Can I pay and collect in store?

You can come into store to purchase and collect on the same day. If you have a specific product in mind, we ask you call us to check stock ahead of your appointment to avoid disappointment.
- How does the value of gold affect what I pay for storage?

We charge 1% (plus VAT) for storage. Our monthly storage fees fluctuate to reflect the insured value of your gold. For example, storing £20000.00 worth of gold would cost £20.00 per month, if the value doubled the monthly fee would be £40.00, if it halved the fee will reduce to £10.00 per month.
- What is your minimum storage term?

We require a minimum storage term of six months. Early withdrawal may incur fees equivalent to the remaining term. Once the initial six months have passed you can withdraw your gold within 72 hours without administrative costs.
- Can I use your storage service for my silver?

We currently only offer storage services for gold bullion.
- Who is your insurance with?

Your gold is protected by our insurance underwriter, Lloyds of London.
- How and when will I receive payment for the precious metals I am selling to you?

Payment typically takes between two and 48 working hours depending on the value. Photographic ID is required for transactions, we may request additional documentation for identification purposes to satisfy AML legislation. Payment will be settled via bank transfer or cash (up to £5000.00 GBP, additional fees may apply).
