Royal Mail and UPS for UK mainland and Northern Ireland, matched to order value and size.

Collect from Stratford with photographic ID and your invoice — no third-party release.
UK delivery
We use Royal Mail and UPS. Most orders go with Royal Mail. Orders under £250 typically use Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class (insured by us; usually 1–5 days from dispatch). Orders above £250 usually use Royal Mail Special Delivery (typically next working day after dispatch). Large silver orders often ship with UPS (1–2 days after dispatch; next day for most UK mainland addresses except outlying areas).
Please ensure registered addresses are correct and that card payments are made from a card in your name registered to your address. Ownership passes once full payment is received and a signature has been accepted at the address you provided.
Collection & returns
In-person collection is by appointment at our Stratford premises. Bring photographic ID matching the account and your invoice. We do not release metal to third parties.
